The Bindzu Youth Fund aims to bridge this gap by providing a comprehensive support system that many young entrepreneurs might struggle to access independently. Application and Eligibility
The program begins with an online business academy, offering a foundation of knowledge to a wide range of entrepreneurs. Following this, a rigorous selection process identifies businesses for intensive bootcamps, business diagnostics, expert mentorship, and pitching opportunities. The top 27 businesses, representing each province, will share in over R3 million in funding, with further investment possibilities and post-program support.
To qualify, applicants must meet specific criteria: aged 18 to 34, owning at least 51% of a South African business operating for at least 12 months, an annual turnover of less than R5 million, and demonstrating commitment and growth potential. Applications are open until July 17, 2026, offering a unique opportunity for young entrepreneurs to unlock their full potential and contribute to South Africa's thriving business landscape.
